How can you help?  
We are funded by several wonderful local foundations. Our funders include:

The Leonard and Helen R. Stulman Foundation 
The Abell Foundation

However, we need supplemental funds to offer the best services possible.  Funding will be used to support the following items among other things:

• A high-quality team of doctors, nurses, social workers and peer coaches
• The van driver’s salary 
• Equipment to track data and help with connecting our team to the patients during the week
•  Insurance for the van and van driver
• Insurance for our doctors and nurses
• Extra supports for our patients so that we can keep them safe and healthy while in treatment.
